Two panels of glass, one being coupled with a brass plate, will be stood vertically in the room forming a acute angle. Wada throw fruit into the structure, performing a type of precision tossing game. This work, called Vanitas-Still Life, becomes an abstract composition, where the fruits, depending mostly on their size and shape, are either randomly trapped between the two panels, or amassed outside of the construction and on the floor. Doomed to decay in their own juice, the fruits still leave a trace of their brief passage, as testified by the patinated brass.
