It recalls the memory of Fresh Widow (1920) by Marcel Duchamp, making an apparent word game around the term French Window, whose glasses are made of black leather. The window is blind and can be observed as what it is - an object that refers to an interrogation on the field of vision. Wada’ s window offers a similar paradox. Hung on a wall and containing aging liquid such as wine, is a dysfunctional and silent object that lays on the spatial and temporal immobility.
